Welcome to Plump Resale! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Plump Resale website and your purchase of products from our online store.

 

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

 

1. About Plump Resale

Plump Resale is an independent creative retail brand offering original Plump merchandise through our online store.

 

Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printful. While our fulfillment partners help us produce and ship your order, your purchase is made directly from Plump Resale.

 

2. Products & Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and pricing on our website.

 

Because products are displayed digitally, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

 

Many of our products are made to order. This means your item may not be produced until after your order is placed.

 

Product availability, pricing, designs, sizing options, and other product details may change at any time without notice.

 

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or that we are able to fulfill it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product or pricing errors

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Incorrect customer information

• Shipping or fulfillment limitations

• Unavailability of a product

• Technical errors on the website

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount charged.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Made-to-Order Merchandise

Because many Plump products are produced specifically in response to an order, we do not maintain traditional inventory for every item shown on the website.

Once an order has been submitted, production may begin promptly. For this reason, orders may not be able to be changed or canceled once they have entered production.

If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after production has begun.

5. Sizing & Fit

Please review the size chart provided for each product before placing your order.

Product sizing can vary between garments and styles. We encourage you to compare the measurements provided with a garment you already own to help select the appropriate size.

Plump Resale is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from selecting an incorrect size.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partners.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Plump Resale is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our merchandise may be produced specifically for each order, all merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because an item does not fit, the customer changes their mind, or the customer no longer wants the item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and the issue

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Do not return an item unless you have received instructions from us to do so.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your Plump gear.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

Because our products are fulfilled by a third-party production partner, we may need to share relevant order information and photographs with that partner in order to resolve the issue.

9. Printful & Third-Party Fulfillment

Plump Resale uses third-party fulfillment services, including Printful, to produce and ship merchandise.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order may be processed, produced, packaged, and shipped by one of our fulfillment partners.

These partners may receive information necessary to fulfill your order, such as your name, shipping address, order details, and other information required for production and delivery.

Our use of third-party fulfillment providers does not change your relationship with Plump Resale as the seller of the merchandise.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plump Resale website—including, but not limited to, logos, brand names, designs, graphics, photographs, illustrations, written content, slogans, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Plump Resale unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or otherwise use Plump Resale's intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Plump product does not grant you ownership of the artwork, design, branding, or other intellectual property incorporated into that product.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

You may not use the website to:

• Commit or facilitate unlawful activity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

• Submit fraudulent or misleading information

• Copy or exploit website content without permission
